Vivekananda Vidyalaya Matriculation Hr. Sec. School is committed to promote complete education with its visionary management – team and dedicated teachers and its journey in education is an on – going quest for achieving supreme excellence.

Vivekananda Vidyalaya Matriculation Hr. Sec. School was established by Vivekananda seva trust – a non-profitable organization in Tirupur on 3rd June 1985 with a meagre strength of 20 students. In a span of 32 years, it grew up amazingly and admirably with over 2960 students and 120 staff members.

 The school has a 10 acre campus enriched with a lot of trees and serene ambience separate laboratories for Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Computer Science and spacious play grounds for all games.

 In addition to the academic achievements, the co curricular activities – (Carnatic Music, Dance, Sanskrit, Karate, Playing Keyboards) of our students have never failed to reflect and radiate the essence of our achievements.

 Our students have excelled at zonal, district, divisional and state level in sports and games. We celebrate Vivekanandar Jayanthi on 12th January of every year by conducting a grand sports meet in which about 40 schools in and around Tirupur participate enthusiastically. Our school students won the Gold and Silver medal in the senior and junior categories for their project work in the National children Science Congress held at New – Delhi during the year 1994.

 Our library with thousands of books and a number of academic journals expands the learning space.

Sri. A.B.Vajpayee former Prime Minister and Dr. Sri. Murali Manohar Joshi visited our school on 10.08.1992 and 02.09.1990 respectively and blessed us with whole hearted appreciation. In future, Vivekananda Vidyalaya is expected to spread its wings in all possible ways in order to establish an imperishable empire of our arts, morals, tradition, literature and culture.
